Honda PC800 Rear Crashbar Cover

This is a 3D scan of rear crash bar cover Honda PC800 Pacific Coast motorcycle.

Please consider this scan the starting point of your project. It is a pretty darn good scan, but to get a flawless side panel out of it will take some elbow grease.

The original part was made from ABS. This is also a material that can be used in a 3D printer. You can also consider using ASA which is more weather resistant. The standard PLA material most people print in isn't the best for outdoor/automotive uses, but after painting it it goes a long way and it's cheap.

The clips on the inside of the original cover were bent so we did our best to model fresh ones in there. They may need some additional sanding to get a perfect fit.
